THE Trinity Writers and Publishers Network (aka CWAN) has bestowed the prestigious Award of Excellence for Outstanding Contributions to Educational Development on US-based book marketing and author promoter, Mrs. Awele Ilusanmi. As the President and co-founder of the Literary Authors Cooperative Multipurpose Society of Nigeria, and the founder of Book Marketing Class Africa (BMACA), Ilusanmi has consistently demonstrated her unwavering dedication to promoting education through literary engagement and empowerment.

Ilusanmi’s contributions to educational development have been nothing short of remarkable. She has mentored over 500 authors, both locally and internationally, sharing her expertise in publishing, writing, and book marketing. Her guidance has helped countless aspiring authors achieve their goals and make their mark in the literary world. Holding a Master’s Degree in Publishing Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, USA, Awele Ilusanmi is highly regarded in both the academic and publishing communities. In addition to her leadership roles, she also serves as a literary agent with Publishizer, a literary crowdfunding platform based in New York, USA. Her role in shaping the literary landscape extends beyond national borders, as she continues to provide opportunities for authors around the world.

The award was officially announced in a letter signed by the Coordinator of CWAN’s Lagos Chapter, Dr. Olusegun Akinmuyisitan and the Chairperson of CWAN Lagos Chapter, Dr. Kelicha Ochonogor.
