Publishers association honours Gbadega Adedapo, 21 others with Fellowship Awards

THE Nigeria Publishers Association (NPA) conferred Fellowship Awards on the Managing Director/Chief Executive Director of Accessible Publishers Limited Mr. Gbadega Adedapo at the 2024 Annual Conference and General Meeting held at Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja on Thursday, November 29, 2024. This prestigious award was in recognition of Mr. Adedapo and 21 others for their invaluable contributions to the development of the publishing industry locally and globally.
The outgoing President of the Association, Chief Uchenna Cyril Anioke, PhD presented the award to Mr. Adedapo and other distinguished members who had served the association in various capacities. The award ceremony was well-received by the members in attendance. The Managing Director of The Booksellers Ltd, Dr. Kolade Mosuro spoke on behalf of the awardees, expressing gratitude to NPA for recognizing their contributions. He encouraged the association to continue making books accessible to all, a testament to the NPA’s commitment to promoting literacy and education.
The Fellowship Award is a significant honour that acknowledges the dedication of Mr. Adedapo and the others to the publishing industry. Their contributions have undoubtedly made a lasting impact, and this recognition serves as a motivation to continue striving for excellence in the field.
