LightRay! Literary Festival, Sprezzatura Publishing to ignite young minds at Lt. Gen. Buratai’s book event

IN a bid to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders, the LightRay! Literary Festival, in collaboration with Sprezzatura Publishing, is set to host a special book presentation event for Principles for Greatness from the Life of General Tukur Buratai: Lessons for Today’s Youth. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 14, 2025, at the Aso Hall, Abuja Continental Hotel. This highly anticipated event promises to be an unforgettable experience, packed with inspiring performances, insightful discussions, and valuable lessons. The book, written by Dr. Mohammed Sani Abubakar, explores General Buratai’s remarkable journey, highlighting essential themes like leadership, resilience, and commitment.

“I believe now is the perfect time to share this book with students on holidays, as it’s an opportunity for parents to bond over books with their teenagers,” Dr. Abubakar said, excitedly. “The book offers valuable lessons applicable to contemporary challenges that many of our young teens in Nigeria would find inspiring.”

The event boasts an impressive lineup that features Ambassador Yusuf Mamman, Nigeria’s former Envoy to Spain and the Vatican, as event chairman and Lt. General Lamidi Adeosun (rtd) as the Guest Speaker. Prof. Phillip Dahida and Dr. Ak Etta Peters will also share their insights on the book.
